You do not need to have perfect gear with perfect stats and I was missing most of these stats when I did it on my paragon 750 seasonal barb. You can also wear the zodiac and cube a coe or band of might (ideally you cube the one with the worst stats and wear the others). You can replace the Convention of Elements with a nice Stone of Jordan as long as it gives you the right damage types, a socket, and its stats are high. You can use physical instead of lightning if you swap rend rune to bloodbath and make sure you go for physical damage on gear. If you are having trouble keeping the wrath of the berserker or call of the ancients up try swapping out rampage for boon of bul kathos.
